Counseling
BetterHelp
Virtual support from professional therapists to address mental health concerns like stress, anxiety, and depression are available from BetterHelp. Services for COVID-19-related issues are currently discounted.

Talkspace offers free support networks, discounted online therapy, an anxiety-relief program and more resources for coping with COVID-19-related stressors.
Healthcare benefits
Continuation of Health Coverage (COBRA)
As explained on this US Department of Labor website, through COBRA, workers who have lost group health benefits have the right to continue those benefits for limited periods of time under certain circumstances.
